Terms
These terms cover your use of sleds: the website, the dashboard, the CLI, the proxy, the connectors, the browser extension and anything else we run under the sleds name (together, "the service"). The service is provided by sleds LLC ("sleds", "we"). By using it, or by letting people in your workspace use it, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company and say you are allowed to.
Early access
sleds is invite-only and still changing. Features may change, move or go away, and we may limit or pause access while we build. Commercial terms for a workspace, if any, are agreed with that workspace in writing; where they differ from these terms, the written terms win.
Accounts, workspaces and seats
- An account is one person, by email. Keep your sign-in codes, seat tokens and API keys to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under them.
- Workspace owners and admins decide who is a member, who holds a seat and what the workspace's policy allows, and are responsible for their members' use.
- Tell us at hello@sleds.ai if you think an account or key has been misused.
Your content
Your requests, specs, prototypes, code, estimates, actuals, receipts and everything else you or your workspace put into or get out of sleds ("your content") stay yours. You give us permission to host, process and show your content only to run the service for your workspace. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train models. What we collect and keep is set out in the privacy page.
You are responsible for having the right to put your content into sleds, including code and data that belong to your employer or your customers.
Models, keys and other services
sleds works with services we do not run: model providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI, your Claude or ChatGPT seats, GitHub, Slack and others. Your use of them is under their own terms. When sleds sends work to a model on your workspace's key or seat, that usage is billed by the provider to you. Spend caps and policy limits in sleds are there to help you control that spend, but you remain responsible for your keys, your seats and what they are used for.
Estimates are estimates
Sizes, bands, confidences, worth, routing suggestions and savings shown in sleds are estimates and recommendations drawn from your own history. They are not promises about cost, time or outcome. Decisions about what runs, who does it and what ships are yours.
Acceptable use
- No breaking the law, or using sleds to break someone else's terms, including a model provider's usage policies.
- No attempts to get into other workspaces, other people's data, or parts of the service you are not given.
- No overloading, probing or reverse-engineering the service beyond what normal use and security research in good faith require. Found a security problem? Write to hello@sleds.ai first.
- No reselling the service without our written agreement.
Fees
One engineer can use sleds free. Paid plans, when a workspace has one, are set out in that workspace's written terms, including price, billing and renewal. We never take a cut of what the model providers bill you.
Ending
You can stop using sleds at any time, and an owner can delete a workspace; its data is removed as described on the privacy page. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, and where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and let you export your content.
No warranty
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, sleds LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or model spend, even if told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. When a change matters, we will say so on this page and, for workspaces, by email before it takes effect. Using sleds after that means you accept the new terms.
