Every pull request is sized on open and recorded on merge. The protocol is lines in the PR body: the estimator posts the band, the author adds Worth: and SLEDS-Source:, a workflow posts the actual, and the record closes the estimate and the ticket's row. The parser reads every shape the lines have ever taken. Our own repo runs on it.
